After traveling all over Croatia for about 15 years with our camper, visiting almost the whole coastal area from Rovinje down to Cavtat, as well as almost every habited Island, we decided to buy a property in Croatia.
As we both love to explore the sea by boat, there really was only one region that could come in mind: as close to Kornati Islands as possible. When we drove our Camper on to the Island of Murter in the summer of 2018 we immediately felt overwelmed by the beauty of it. Beautiful bays and breathtaking views of the Kornati Islands. We decided that day; our house would be on Murter. We were so lucky to meet the right people to help us buy the perfect plot and build the house of our dreams. Obtaining building permit approval and COVID caused delays, but in the summer of 2022, we were finally able to welcome the first guests in what we believed to be a fabulous house with a stunning view on the perfect location.

Together we built the house of our dreams on the best location we could ever imagine. Selling the business he had built up in the Netherlands over 28 years and starting rental of apartments in Murter, in order to spend as much time as possible there, ready to start living the dream. It is such a shame that he only got to enjoy it for two years.
